Detailed Analysis

Who we are, how we show up, behave and make decisions are formed through where we come from, our holding environment, childhood, life experiences, trauma’s and joys. As humans we learn how to behave in order to survive. This socialisation shapes how we view ourselves and others, our perception of reality and the way in which we see, make sense of the world and relate to the people around us. We help by bringing all this information to light through our detailed analysis

Personality & Maturity Evaluation

Every human being is distinctly unique. The expectation that people, including your team members, people that you lead, friends, and significant others, will behave and make decisions the way you do in the same set of circumstances, is one of the major reasons for disappointment, unhappiness, trust, and conflict. Process

Transcend the False-Ego

To obtain mastery one needs a path to transcend the false-ego. The false ego is the part of your self-identity based on external factors such as material possessions, social status, and other people’s opinions. At Isiko we help you identify your true self, allowing you to transcend the false ego.

This leads to empathy for yourself and others, service towards a higher purpose, appreciation, and inclusion of alternate perspectives, synergy, harmony, better decisions, and healthy relationships

Step 1: Connection

The first element of the process is your call/ message for support. Through your message to us, we will set up a call and invite you for a connect session

This introductory and exploratory connect will allow for an understanding of your objectives and allow us to tailor an approach that will help you

Step 2: Evaluation

After our connection you will be required to complete a personality and maturity evaluation. The result of which is a detailed report – a mirror of your personality preference, and maturation stage. You will receive this report in preparation for your coaching debrief.

Step 3: Coaching

Your personality and maturation report brings to light your uniqueness and stage of development. This insight helps reveal your developmental areas, what may hold you back and keep you stuck, as well as your strengths and gifts. 

This awakening catapults your journey towards strength, success, and liberation, In a debrief session, one of our coaches answers any questions you may have on the evaluation, takes you through your worldview, motivations, fears, and perspective, challenging you, in pursuit of growth. Action plans will be created and this is followed up by a minimum of 2 more sessions, to track your progress. At the end of your sessions, recommendations for future growth will be created for you
