My name is Kugan Pillay and I find joy in helping people in whichever way I can. Professionally I have played many roles such as an Organisation Development Practitioner, Management Consultant, Change Manager, and Leadership Development Specialist. However, my favourite role has to be that of being a father to my beloved children, Dominic and Aaliyah.

I started Isiko to help people and businesses find balance, purpose and reason, so that they can thrive no matter who or where they are in life. We all have a story to tell, and each one is unique, I want to help people make their’s a happy one.
